This actually kind of worries me, I spend quite a bit of time in front of a computer screen (as I'm sure most of you do too). I don't want to drop dead and be found pants-less with midget porn playing on my computer.

I got worried about that too so yesterday I walked home from school instead of taking the bus. 2.4 miles, but it feels great. Now I can sit on my butt again for another few months without exercise.

Flights socks kick ass. You can also get foot rests and such that have a hinge on them. Every so often you can move your feet up and down.

Or just get up and go get a drink of water or something.
