The stock blends very nicely into the image where you've got the darker elements, but you should have used the eraser to remove the white where his nose and hair meet the orange. Other than that: very nice blending. I really like this image because it is hard to tell where the stock ends and the background starts. The only suggestion I have in store for the overall feel of the image is that you should work a little more with the text effects and move it a bit to the right because it is placed so that the border has contact with it. Also, the text below Taz Tetsuya is pretty hard to make out, because the white clashes with the black and it melts into the background! So, work a little more with the text effects and you'll be set. It's a nice, simple sig, and I see only one real error:
1. The text you have doesn't look good with a 1px border, maybe you should type it in a darker color with no pixel border.
