I think you could have added a bit more of his shoulders in the image, to fill out the image. Anyway, the blending is perfect since you've added an element of grunge to the stock and it fits perfectly into the background!

You could have made the lines at the sides a tad more visible, perhaps a darker or lighter shade of red? The text on the other hand is really good, centered at the bottom and the blending is very nicely done, the effects you've used makes it very easy to read as well, which is a big plus.
