I like the stock, but plain white is boring and too much text. Its layout is nice and all, but a simple saying would be better. Also, add a more complex banner. This image just looks...too simple.

It's nice and simple, seems to be what you were aiming for, but on a simple piece like this it would look a lot better if you put some shapes and what-not in with the vector tool. You need SOMETHING in the background =)

The stock is rather edgy, meaning it hasn't been blended into the white background. You should either use the eraser to remove the white blotches at the edges or you could use blur once. You could do more with the theme in my opinion.

And the text has a message but it is a lot of it and the text is kind of hard to read and it puts people off from reading the entire thing. Perhaps try a different font?
