Ok keep in mind that I use PSP9. And yes it was meant to be that dark.   Any type of critique welcome.

Well, what can I say? There isn't anything bad about it, but it's not over the top good. It looks nice and the BG is very cool. The font doesn't quite fit, but the text itself blends perfectly. And the colors are especially nice, since oranges aren't used too often unless they're really light.

No problem. I really do like it and would've rated it a 4, but I'm kind of strict. Like with websites, nothing ever gets a top rating except for ZD and SZ and I don't think that'll change.

i really like it, the stars r a very nice touch, i really like the colours and the scan lines add a really good grungy touch. the left side is a lil dark i would try lightening that up a bit. the text is good the effect u got goin there is really cool(normally i would say i like the overlay but i dont know wut it is in PSP =P) . but i would try making more of a 3 pxl boarder other than a 1pxl black boarder overall its pretty good i like it
