I don't think I can rate your board though. It is a premade template.  As for the signature...
I'd say there's a bit too much going on. There is a cahracter to the left, a character to the right, there is a superman orb in the centre, with huge text in the middle, and a light saber, as well as a space ship heading through the corner. Try reading all that I just typed, and you will understand what I mean by too much going on.  The outer glows on the characters could be reduced. Also, for the Blue Character, it seems it has less opacity, whilst the character on the left is at 100 percent. You should keep them complementary. The space ship really should bre removed. It just makes it a bit too complex and adds a bit of random acess towards the left side. The text isn't bad, but it could be done in many different ways. Final Rate:  Good start, but could use quite a bit of work.
