I don't really like the banner. Although it looks professional, it's too plain for my liking.

I really like the add comment button and view ocmment button and the buttons that look like those. They are really nice and really professional.

I do code Just mostly PHP. You think I should add an HTML tutorials section? I would need to add two sections to make it look nice. (With the small boxes...) Any suggestions about what I could put in the banner? (Maybe change it to "PROSCRIPTS.co.uk"?).

Very nice! IT's smooth, relaxing and somewhat appealing. I would definately add more to the banner, maybe some abstract or something =) The background could use a bit more, I would suggest maybe something like how it is here, a very large gradient from light to dark =) The smileys are a bit scratchy around the edges, I would smoothen that out a bit. The images are simple, yet nicely done. I especially love the comment buttons ^_^

The smileys are fixed now The designer might add something to the banner, we'll see


EDIT: We're thinking of adding a slogan to the banner. Any ideas for one?
