I like it, though the right side seems a bit empty, even with text.  Perhaps you should add some different text in to compensate for the barren blackness.

On a lighter note, the stock was blended nicely and I love the effects on the left side, especially how they dissappate as they get closer to the right.  It really seems like the distortion is from his energy ball.

All in all, though, the sig isn't bad, but there isn't anything too appealing about it.
