It's mainly the colors here. Blue on blue on white is a very good mixture, but the shades of blue do not flow well together at all. The colors you have set for the admin and mod name colors don't go together all that well either.

Personal opinion, I'd remove the shoutbox, thingy from the bottom of the forum, especially because a lot of people tend to decide to make negative or inappropriate comments.

I like the name. But I think you need to add something more attention grabbing to the header.

I also suggest moving the category, "Community" to the top of the forum.

That's all I can really think of for the time being. These are changes that should be pretty easy. So, whatever improvements, let me know and I'll be more than happy to re-evaluate it.
