Sorry this is so late... The only two things here that I can see that I don't like is the head and base images are too big, and plain. You need something to spice them up, and grabs attention. Like maybe adding a sleigh with reindeer pulling it, or something. Or even reindeer paw prints. Your menu button s are way to big and gawky. Make them smaller and all should be fine there.

I like the general look and feel, but as kay said menu buttons=ugly and head/base images are boring.
