I'm loving the different shades of green used. Also the placement of text, and the font fits well. The only two things I'm not fond of is how the background draws attention away from the text. It needs to be more balanced. Then again I think on another hand it's kind of "blah". Something more, or less. I know, confusing. And I'm not very fond of the 150px height, maybe try a 125px since you went with a 400px width. As far as border, 1px white, and 1px green is good.
