It seems a bit bright, and just a tad plain, but it's a very nice piece of work; one of the few pieces I've seen where that style border actually looks good.

As Arty said [hi arty  ] it's pretty plain, and birhgt. I do like this however, the brushing to create the cloud effect is great and the planet is sweet. The spikes I see represent something to do with heaven I guess, afterall the sig is pretty heavenly. The border is very good, again to reiterate what Arty said, the border compliments the tag, and it's hard to make those kind of borders look good, but you pulled it off.  The text is ok, nothing special. I like the font, and it does blend. Overall i'd say 4/5. Well done and keep up the good work.
