Well, it's been a while back at the Studio for me..thanks to CD, the code now load really fast! (in fact a average of 3 seconds in my broadband!) I've fixed a few graphics if you look around the board. The main fixes mainly are the sub-header containing the "Quick Links", main title header image and various others which you can try to point out. So, what do you guys think?

Head image is: the color u used was: 5b7785 The border color that should match is: 345564 But I like the bg and the rest

Good work. I would just add the dark line that runs vertically (part of the background image) to run down into the sides of the header and footer images. I think that'll make 'em look more "rounded."
