Well, I'd like to say I went and updated the coding again, and honestly, its a lot faster then before. I've had Greg, HP, and Kay help me test it for speed, and they all found it faster. So proudly, I present, the 4th optimization of the SZ coding and its increased speed.  I'd also like to add that this version is a absolute recode of the last, so everything was done by scratch... all today, in the last four hours.  Anyways, since this is a complete recode, there may be things I missed. If you see anything that's different from before, please tell me. I also plan to add in a new feature soon, Gradients in Popups, and then I may later add back in hide/show with remembering v2 for categories.  Bugs so Far- Padding in the PM Bar- Rate icons (censored word list)- No space between new PMs and ending parenthesis- Menu mouseover doesn't exist- ICQ and Yahoo images

There's still a bit of lag on the front page because of all the boards it has to loop through, but nowhere near as much.

This is awesome! One thing: PM Bar has no cellspacing so it looks crappy on the sides EDIT: goes for if you used tables, but I think you used divs  , use padding then.

Yeah, I used div's to speed up the process so it doesn't have to loop through those tables. I'll look into fixing it when I get home tonight.

For the menu bar just use th html for space that way you can leave the div's there.  Nice work on the recode, its running faster and it now gives a finished look in IE =P.  BTW the rate icons don't work you must of messed up the censored words

Oops. They were done originally with a code. Now they'll be done with a censored words... *adds that to the list*. As I said, complete recode. I'm bound to have missed a few things,
