Well, the recode I mentioned in the first entry of the development blog is now here. Welcome to the new and improved SZ. I'm going to show you guys some stats so you can see how much quicker the new coding should load.

New v0: 15.7kb (uncompressed)
Old v0: 20.0kb (uncompressed)
Old v0: 19.3kb (compressed)
Differnce of 4.3kb (21.5%) and 3.6kb (18.7%)

New v1: 26.7kb (uncompressed)
Old v1: 34.7kb (uncompressed)
Old v1: 32.9kb (compressed)
Differnce of 8.0kb (23.1%) and 6.2kb (18.8%)

New v2M: 51.6 kb (uncompressed)
Old v2M: 71.1kb (uncompressed)
Old v2M: 65.3kb (compressed)
Difference of 19.5kb (27.4%) and 13.7kb (21.0%)

New v2L: 26.0kb (uncompressed)
Old v2L: 34.6kb (uncompressed)
Old v2L: 32.0kb (compressed)
Difference of 8.6kb (24.9%) and 6.0kb (18.8%)

Average size difference: 10.1kb uncompressed and 7.4kb compressed
Average percent difference: 24.2% uncompressed and 19.3% compressed

Honestly, I'd say that's a huge improvement, wouldn't you? I haven't even attempted to compress the files yet, but I can guarantee compressing them would drop quite a bit of the file size. I've also set up a system where the items should cache permanently in your browser so that your computer doesn't have to download them each time. (I've made a system that will also let me tell your computer when you get a new version.)

Anyways, this was a complete recode. If you find a bug, in any browser, in any skin, please post it here. Any help you guys give is appreciated.

Also, you guys may notice some changes in the v2 skin. (Module mainly.) I've decided a few things needed to be changed and did them. They're pretty minor and shouldn't affect anything.

Oh, and all v4.5 features will now work flawlessly with v0, v1, and v2.
