Right ok, in the premade gfx rules, you have this as a rules: When you download the graphics you are allowed to: Modify the colours of the graphics in any way.
And sorry to be an idiot, but shouldnt you maybe put in brackets something like: (Except Templates) Cos i for one dont want people just changing the color of my template that i put hard work into  Soz if i sound like an ass, but i seriously dont want people just changing the color of my template (s)  ~ Thanks

I think a complete overhaul is needed in that section... =/ I need to talk with Nooki about it, and get her to actually do something. At least, there'll be an ammendment to something like: The image/content may be changed unless otherwise specified by the creator.
