I look over some pages and didn't see a thread. but i could always have over look it (tend to do that sometimes).
I had a Suggestion: Member of the Month.
I have seen some forums do that, its seems to do pretty well. Gives member something to look forward to from helping out the site in any way, by be helpful or won though a contest. (not to sure) That would something along the admins to sort out.

Actually I was thinking about this earlier before I took off for the YMCA.  One the new staff is implemented, I'll get this kicked off at the beginning of May though with the first one.

SSD has a MOTM and there's no conflict over there other than the usual idiots being idiotic.
