How can i change the color of an image using Photoshop 7?

Wrong board first off. - Moved - --- Open up PS, and hit ctrl+alt+u. Now drag the bars a bit until you get the color you want. Hue = Color itself Saturation = Tint of color (Dull red vs bright red, you'll understand if you use it) Lightness = How bright/dark it is.

oops... sorry... i want to change the background and the image... two colors... EDIT:i'll be using 8BB381 this types of colors... that was used as codes for html...

Alright, well here's another technique.
Create a new layer on top. Fill it with the new color. Set its blending mode to "Color Overlay".
