Does anybody know a channel that shows anime besides Adult Swim? I want my daily recommended allowance of Anime, but with nothing but S-Cry-Ed and Paranoia Agent on, it's hard to do

Cartoon Network = Adult Swim As for tv, I've got the most basic Time Warner cable package. Thus, I don't get that many channels

I don't mean ANY anime. Hello Kitty is anime. I mean the good stuff, like Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, NGE, etc. Oh, I also found the entire first episode of Inuyasha on YouTube. Thanks Chris

Where's the violence, swearing, and sex in those shows? It's not true anime goodness without those

You can find a lot of complete episodes of animes on youTube...and If you live in Canda you can get all-anime channels...or in some other places get the FUNimation channel.

SPIKE Channel. Similar to Cartoon Network, except here they show Star Trek and Stargate episodes during the daytime, and anime starting around midnight.

youtube is probably your best bet. though you could use limewire to download some of the videos, though i myself, am against limewire.

Actually, when it comes down to downloading videos, LimeWire's speed is outrageously slow. A person is better off with BitTorrent, although you may find the anime version to be dubbed in Italian or another language besides English.

If you get movie channels such as Starz, you may be in luck. The Action Channel (Starz Action I believe) shows anime later at night. Not so much anymore, but they still show it occasionally. Another Starz channel is WAM!. They show things like Gokusen, Street Fighter II, and others. Oh, and the IFC channel shows Samurai Kyo, too. Those are the only ones I know of other than Cartoon Network and Toon Disney (which has things like Digimon and Beyblade). Where's the violence, swearing, and sex in those shows? It's not true anime goodness without those You've obviously never seen Princess Mononoke if you don't think it has violence. It's one of the goriest animes I've ever seen. Now go rent it or find it on YouTube.

I'd have to agree. I don't watch much anime but that was a very good movie.

I'd have to agree. I don't watch much anime but that was a very good movie. Same here. I watch very few animes since very few are unique, compelling, and generally strike my interest (a cartoon made in Japan does not mean I like it like most anime buffs). Princess Mononoke, however, is easily one of the best animes I've ever seen--right up there with Ninja Scroll, 3x3 Eyes (dude in my avatar), Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Samurai Champloo, and Dragonball Z (basically the only animes I like, actually).
