Remove the inner shadow. Doesn't fit well. Also, I don't know if you shrunken the size or anything but the forum width should be much bigger. Well that's what I think.

I can't really see the words. Maybe , darken the colors a little. This is a good start to a forum look.  You have ways to go , but I believe in you dearly!
