I demand the Olympic Committee investigate Phelps. Olympic rules clearly state that only humans may compete in Olympic swimming events. Until we see DNA proof that Phelps is 100% human, and not 1/2 human - 1/2 aquatic sea creature, we should not recognize this "man's" medals. :)
