One is the Graphics Request board open for New requests? i know it was kinda of close for new ones.
other i know studio doesn't do skin request i was wondering were is would be possible to get one.. i not looking for any WOW with tons hrs put into.. i want a very simple skin much like Outside the wall has. its very simple but yet nice.
