Would have loved to see some more boxes, rather than all the information crammed into one. the underlines of the topic titles seems like a slap to the face in that everything else is so smooth and mellow, and they are just bright in comparison. same problem with the navigation dividers.
You have a nice touch with the planet/crescent by the banner thing, if you would have made that consistent, maybe with a space scene in the top left as a back drop, that would have made this better.
other than that, its a nice, calm, monotone template, very structured, and looks easy to use.

You post too much, sunjo! Looks awesome though, as always  As for stretching downward, make the middle of the background repeat. So in other words: 1/2 of background repeatable section of background that is one specific color 12 of background (other half) if that makes sense at all.

take a colour in the middle of the template where the two gradients meet in the middle... then make that repeat... if not.. well your screwed lol
