I use Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL for IMing. I use my ISP for email because I like it better for some reason.  Plus, it's easier to set up and use on Thunderbird. Thunderbird doesn't have as many extensions as most Mozilla projects though... so it's a slight let down.

I use Yahoo! and MSN Live for IMing and for e-mail I use GMAIL or Yahoo! GMAIL! Because it is faster!
