Aren't universities normally connected via T1 lines though? so that explains it .. would be interesting to have hourly readings though for a few days, and the average. Though I doubt that during peak you fall much below 60-70.  We've gotta have way above T1... we own the entire 18.* IP range. (Yes, we do own 1/256 of the internet.) O.o that's mental!

Dual monitors isn't as costly as people think. My graphics card supports dual monitors, no idea how much it retails for now ... But I have 2 monitors, one 20", and the other a 22" LG multi-function monitor

Yes it is ... I have 2 at that resolution! 1) Two add up to that resolution (dual screen) 2) Two with that resolution. If 2, how much did that freaking cost? 2 @ that res. Didn't cost much tbh... =/
