Simply say what your rank is Im 1st prestige rank 65, and i wont prestige anymore because i see no point in it but making yourself look cool.

Well, if its World at War, there is an achievement/trophy for getting to the 10th prestige. However, I'm currently only at Master Sergeant 3 (23). I don't really play all that much though.
