Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has broke the record set by The Dark Knight last year for the largest midnight opening. They are still working out final numbers but current estimates put the opening at roughly $22.2 million. The Dark Knight opened with just over $18 million. The previous largest Wednesday Midnight opening was just $16 million set by Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen a few weeks ago.

My girlfriend and a friend went to see it. I'm ashamed for them.  I refuse to ever see it. Quite a record though. Makes you wonder if the next two will do any better.

I didn't go see it yet and I don't know when I will, but I was cleaning my room up some yesterday and by cleaning I mean like going through old stuff of mine and I found these Harry Potter glasses i had from like 2nd grade. Put em on and took some awesome pics  lmfao. Sooo geek'd up.
