OK, I'm asking for two reasons:
A better understanding of the forum community as a whole and what you look for in a peer based forum.
Is it the content?
Is it the community values?
What is it?
Personally, I'm here for a number of reasons;
The community being the biggest, followed shortly by, actually; come to think of it, I honestly can't put my finger on it.

I come here for you, Zell. FUCK YOU I WAS GONNA MAKE THAT JOKE!  But srsly, the community. And loyalty. Despite my random, unannounced coming and going, this is the one PB forum I've remained loyal to for the past 4 years. The only other one was ZD, but it closed a long time ago, so yeah. And beyond just community, it's the fact that I'm actually good friends with some of the people here. I'm Facebook friends with Chris, Kay, and Der Fleurer (I think that's how it's spelled), and I talk to Josh fairly regularly on Trillian/MSN (not so much lately because I'm never on). So yeah, it's just another social networking site for me like Facebook, but generally with more intelligence and potential for quality discussion.
