Thus far (in one week) I've gone thru 5KG of assorted cookies and chocolate fingers, 2 liters of Dr. Pepper per day, £40 worth of ready made sandwiches and on average 40 cups of coffee per day.
I feel shocking.
And I've lost weight - must be all that typing.
So; how bad's your diets?

You dick. How did you manage to lose weight? Two days ago I decided to give up sodas. I eat about a plate of food for lunch and dinner, and I've been snacking, which I've been meaning to stop. I don't think I'm losing weight. :-\

My food primarily consists of: pizza hot dogs ham burgers The sides include: cake cookies (oreos mostly) candy To drink: Raspberry lemonade Assorted soft drinks And I still weigh incredibly little. It's amazing.

I have a relly fast metabolism, 5000 kcal/day, keeps me a US size 8. It's gonna kcrash one day and I'm gonna flump. (Kcrash - see what I did there?)

I don't think I'm losing weight. :-\ That's because you might be starving yourself with two small meals a day, and your body recognizes that and slows down your metabolism. Eat a lot of small portions throughout the day and maintain a caloric deficit and you should be able to lose weight. Edit: also two days won't show any results. Fast weight loss/gain isn't healthy either.

My diet is entirely random and basically consists of whatever I want. I fluctuate by a few pounds daily/weekly/whenever I weigh myself. So yeah, it's cool. I don't eat much at all (which is horrible for the exact reasons SO posted), but I manage to maintain my weight. But I exercise fairly regularly (though not as often as I'd like), so that probably helps burn some fat, and also replaces some fat with muscle.
But basically...look in your fridge and your pantry. I eat that stuff (minus the healthy shit). Hell, I got McDonald's last night (because I'm a terrible person) and I've dropped 3 pounds since I last weighed myself 2 days ago. Go figure.
I fucking love my metabolism. It ain't fast, but it's very efficient.
