My girlfriend has them. Apparently their employees are regular jackasses. I guess the dude needed to do shit on their computer, and told her to be off in 5 minutes. The thing is from like 2002 (no joke, and her ex-boyfriend thought it'd be smart to install Vista) and takes forever to do anything. He came inside and was basically, "GTFO mine nao!" and was all pissed that she wasn't done with her stuff in the time he allowed.

I wouldn't be, 10mb is their lowest package you don't even get half that.

I'm on an advertised 4Mbps up/down line. So my down is twice as fast as advertised and my up is slightly slower. We had Charter at the two universities I've gone to, though, and I had no troubles with it that wasn't attributed to the college's network. Of course, not exactly a consumer line. But still. lol

Haha. Used to get similar on the 12/2 line until they raised the prices and my mom and dad opted for a 4/4. But I hit 32 down once.
