The term "OS" is used as an artistic term, because this app is based off the operating system used in Star Trek - That's right, Star Trek. It's nothing but animated screens assembled in an "in-universe" GUI. And it has a Red Alert function too. It's more for Star Trek fans, but I'm sure some others will find it entertaining, though it has no function, no objectives.
