www.neowin.net/news/t-mobile-tweets-a-users-name-and-passwordI'm having a hard time just trying to not be amazed at this amount of fail. First off, why on earth would they send that information over Twitter? Second, how could they not know that tweets are public? Third, why do they even have access to UNENCRYPTED password in the first place? Fourth, why does the guy running the Tiwtter account have access to the unencrypted password to which nobody there should have access in the first place?

I hate them. Shoddy service, appalling attitudes. Edit: I get extra points for UBBC logo rendition.

The coverage is great in the UK. That's the ONLY thing I'll give 'em.

They teamed up with another carrier, Hutchingson 3G and since then, they have a pretty flawless 3G grid, here.

The first rule of passwords is security, including encryption and never transferring a password. Instead, you should require a reset to a confirmed e-mail (or in this case, to a confirmed phone number via SMS.) Either way, highly disappointed with T-Mobile.
