Freezepop has a new album coming out on December 7 titled "Imaginary Friends." This will be the first Freezepop album since the departure of The Duke of Pannekoeken last year, as well as the introduction of two new members, Robert John "Bananas" Foster and Christmas Disco Marie Sagan.

To promote the release, the band made one of the singles from the album, "Magnetic," available for free via their website, www.freezepop.net. While the single appears to no longer be available, another single, "Doppelganger," is up in its place.

Keeping in mind that Freezepop is my favorite synth-pop band, it should be implied that I'm looking forward to this new album. Both of these songs are awesome. It's good to see that, despite the drastic changes to the group's lineup, the music is still just as good. I'm pretty convinced that each new album was better than the last (Future³ Perfect was better than Fancy Ultra Fresh, which was better than Forever), and it looks like that trend will still continue.

Anybody else lookin' forward to the new album?
