Can someone help me out? I need a template to be put together and I can't do it. Here are the images and the last link is what it should look like. Thanks if you help.

What do you mean like for a website?

Easy, just make tables with the background of those images(background="") and 0 borders. Easy as pie.

Use an HTML program like MS Front page or Dream Weaver if you're having trouble.

You can learn CSS and do this easily yourself
