I must say that this is my best skin yet. After I downloaded the tech-brushes that a friend showed me, I wanted to try them out. Well, what better way to try 'em out then make a new template with them?

This template is a dark-blue on black skin. The dark-blue blends in with a techno finish to make it look high-tech. It came out WAY better than I was hoping.

Once again, I don't feel comfortable giving out PSD's of my work. For banner modifications, you may work with the blank banner I provided with the download, or you can PM me with [B-M] in the subject. If you PM me, be sure to explain in detail what you want.

The colors are included in the download. Oh, and if you're wondering, the font in the banner, menu buttons, and PM bar is 13 Misa. Enjoy!
