Go to the layer with the item you want to reflect on it and duplicate it. With your new layer go to edit>transform> Flip Verticle. Then aline your new flipped layer underneath your first layer. Starting to look a little reflected now isnt it? On the upsideown layer reduce the opacity to about 20% and presto! Your done.
