I really think that it's a hint for Sonic to be in SSBB, but it looks good from the Cover anyways.  I will be very disappointed if Sonic is not SSBB.  But I don't want to think about it. Sonic for Smash Bros. Brawl!

Well yeah, Sonic's faster. But the reason both are in it is to have a Wii Sports-esque game with recognizable mascots, for the casuals especially.
