I'm talking about actually paying for something, not downloading some ROMs. Back in the day I could've sworn I paid like $5 for some PS1 game but I don't really remember what it was. I do remember paying $10 for a used copy of Eternal Darkness, though. Most I've paid would still have to be $50, and that's rare since most of the time I buy used/discounted games now. I don't even know where they would sell games for more than $50 at an actual not-online store (besides for next-gen games, obviously). What about you? Edit: now I remember. It was a PS2 game. I got a used copy of the GH version of MGS2 for $5.

For one game? $50. For a game an expansion packs? $100 or so. (Delta Force: Black Hawk Down and it's expansion DF:BHD - Team Sabre)
Cheapest is a tough one. I bought some old school GameBoy game for $5 about 5 years back...
All prices are without tax because I'm lazy.

I bought the Half-Life 2 Ultimate Collector's Pack for $49.99 (+tax) back last year. It came with 3 games, 1 little book-thingy, and a free t-shirt. Does that count as "one game" since it was all in one pack that I paid for at one time?

The most expensive was last month when I got Guitar Hero II for $79.99. The least expensive that I can remember is getting CTR: Crash Team Racing for the PS1 for $8. I also got Halo:Combat Evolved for $11 though.
