All right, I finally finished. Scorpion's Dark/Darth/whatever Rendar character shouldn't count, but I'm too lazy at this point to care, so he's in. Here's the bracket, pictures and all (click on the names for the pics):

Seeding was based like this. If characters got voted in more than once, that increased their rank. Mario was by far the top number one seed with like five votes, and it went down from there. Characters with more than one vote also got a higher ranking. Joke nominations and obscure characters got a lower seed, and basically I took the relative popularity of the rest and just threw 'em in somewhere. I had to add like seven characters to make it a 32-character tournament, so that's why there's some you may not remember seeing being nominated before.

So here's how the predictions go. If you're lazy like me, you can simply post one bracket at a time since the voting will only be one bracket at a time. So whatever current bracket we're on, post your predictions for that and edit the rest later. The Mario bracket will be first.

If you get any first round battle right, it'll be one point. The second round is worth two points per battle, the next round four, next eight, and so on. That way it'll keep things interesting and anybody can come back from large deficit.

If you don't know how to list predictions, I don't really care how you do it, it could be like this:

Of course, that's sloppy and hard to read, but I'll get the gist of it. Seeds instead of names could work too, unless you're doing the entire bracket then it could get confusing.

Prizes will later be announced by CD, who said something like a custom title or rank or him as your bitch for two weeks, something along those lines.

You don't have to have nominated anyone to participate in the predictions, either, although I'm thinking of giving a five point lead to everyone who participated/participates in both.
