I just watched this again and it's still hilarious. Those guys had balls to not only interrogate random strangers as the RE4 merchant, but get pulled over by the cops doing so.

I've never actually shot him, though I've been told that once the parasites become more active, he has red eyes and you can get him to spawn a parasite.
