Is anybody else pumped up about this game?

If you played Ultima Online, then this will be your game.

It's a first person MMORGP. You actually have to aim so it's nothing like WoW. Just like Ultima Online, once you make your character, you can start killing other people because there are no levels. It's not based on what you have, it's based on your intelligence and skill.

Also, there will be NO maps and NO names above people heads so you have no idea where anybody is. Using a bow and arrow is basically sniping.

There are no safe zones; you can be attacked anywhere in a land that can hold 10,000 players.

You can build castles and cities, or you can attack them. You can be a pirate and steal from people...

The main goal of the game is so you can be free to do whatever you want.

I can't wait. =]

And by the way, Ultima Online was the very first MMORGP which is still very alive today. The people who made and played that game are now making Darkfall which means a lot.

Sounds pretty awesome. Is it a free game or is it one you have to pay for? (Either by monthly or one-time.)

I'm almost positive you will have to buy AND pay for it monthly. It's just one of those games that takes a lot to run because of servers, customer support etc. I will be willing to pay however although I hate having to do it. :P

I'll look into it more than. It may be worth it... though I'd only have one computer that can run it. :P

I don't have a computer at the moment that can run it, but I plan on getting one when it comes out since I have a lot of time.

For now though, I'm going to have to satisfy myself with Super Smash Brothers Brawl. :P

SSBB would be a good compromise... if I had a wii. :P I think my computer at my dad's can run it... 3 GHz, 512 RAM (might be lacking), and a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro graphics card... I should hopefully be good. :P Hopefully.

I bet that is good enough, except for the RAM.

Been playing Brawl, absolutely amazing. :) I would honestly rather have Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4 however.
