Well since the space shuttle is being retired in 2010 and the next space program doesn't start until 2015 the only reliable way to get into space is a no-go. Private firms? They can get you into the upper atmosphere but as far as I know, no consumer vehicle has ever made it out of the atmosphere and into where space technically starts. So... I'm doubting this.

EDIT: Bored at work so I did a little research. Apparently there is a company that has sent 5 tourists to space (I couldn't find out if they went into space or just the edge of the atmosphere, however) but it was with the help of space agencies around the world. I doubt a space agency would waste resources on allowing people to be married in space. Also, Serge Brin (Co-Founder of Google) is an investor in the program and has put down a $5 million deposit to be on the next scheduled flight in 2011. Note that the $5 million is a deposit on good faith to help get the flight the greenlight and that he will end up shelling out more cash once the time comes to actually go to space.

As the Janitor says, "I'm busting chops today".

I wouldn't trust private firms.

Well that is all you are going to be able to get, then. As I said, NASA has one or two more launches before it retires the space shuttle completely. The space program will pretty much go on hiatus (the launching part at least) until 2015 when the next program is launched. 2016 is the projected date for the next trip to the moon.
