I finally managed to find a GC copy of this game at a GameStop for $7. It's been forever since I played this but it was a lot of fun. Terrible graphics but still more fun than the first XML. I doubt anyone else has played it, but just so you know, you can have Magneto and the Juggernaut on your team if you want. And I think that's really all that needs to be said. some gameplay

That's funny you say XMLII is better than the original because I feel just the opposite. My only gripe with the original was that there was a plethora of missions where you could only have one player progress in the missions.

The first's difficulty was so inconsistent though. It was easy at parts and then I would walk into an area, the screen would read "rape" and all my characters would die. Maybe I didn't know how to play the game but it got pretty ridiculous. XMLII (at least so far) seems more consistent. Plus it has Magneto. And Iron Man. Those are some pretty big pluses.

I know what you mean! The Setinels were the biggest luck of the draw. Sometimes they would body you in like 5 seconds and other times it seems like the Setinels were too easy. But, again, Jubilee and Jean Grey FTW!! I am upset that Jubilation wasn't in number 2.  I know she's not as popular as Iron Man/Scarlet Witch/Magneto but still... what a tease to put her in the first game and rip her out of the second. I loved her X-treme move: Independence Day. Globules FTW for sure!
