I saw another poll and was just thinking, does anyone still use game manuals? Especially since so many games nowadays have in-game tutorials. They might not be as in-depth as the actual instruction booklet, but if they were...why do we need manuals anymore?
Another very important question: has anyone used the "notes" section in those booklets? I never saw a reason to...I always just used a separate piece of paper if I ever needed cheats or anything. which always pissed me off if I bought a used game and someone wrote in the manual.

I only read them if it's a new game that is installing, or it's my brother's game and he gets to play first.

I go through manuals.... but not read them thoroughly though... only for knowing basic controls... gameplay basics .. and much other things. I always check out the Manuals after opening teh game case.
