The funniest part of this whole thing (him dieing) is the simple fact that, when he was alive, no one really gave a shit. Noone bought his stuff: noone went to his auction he held to try get money. His singles/albums (w.e) didn't sell, yet now, weeheeey! They have all sold.
Why? Because they miss him and wanna listen to his music? Nope. Simply because "they may be worth money one day".

I'd put some stripes or something on the tie if I were you.
Not loads, just a few, at least that way it'll look less like a penis. lol.
Because, I would have figured it was a weird red one too, if I had not have seen your reply.
It looks like a penis, but then you do realise the guy is wearing it; tie.
Since the man and woman are stood, I'd add something to give that indication.
Just some little 'dispersions' and reflections of the people would do a nice job.

Plenty of places do this, but it's a good thing to have, if done right and the team is commited.
Other places usually have a whole "bring out a resource pack once a month", but that always ends up falling behind due to it being reasonably difficult.
My suggestion would be to have a team of resourcers, that just have to share say a few new things per week.
So this could be one new psd + 1 tutorial per week, or absolutely anything else that people can use or learn from.
