It all depends upon how much you have to spend.
For a free program, GIMP is the solution. It's great for a free program.
Paint Shop Pro is about £50 or so, and you can get amazing stuff with that, so that's an excellent buy and well worth its money.
And then of course you have Photoshop which is probably what, about £800 or so.. I dunno exactly, but that has a lot of amazing features, and plus there are many magazines out for it, or dvd tutorials, both free and paid for ones. I would say there's more tutorials for PS than any other program out there.
So it all depends upon how much you have to spend.

Yeah which, with that it's fine. Though most people put in descriptions what site it's hosted on etc. So you don't need to check.

Design on a back or not? Or does it depend on the placement etc etc? Yes or no to the below? Also suggestions.. cause for the below, Im thinking about perhaps swapping the 'front' image with the 'back' image, and possibly then having the new back image to be at the bottom, and not so big, or not as much of it.. Front: wimg.co.uk/1VHbYM.pngBack: wimg.co.uk/OJTNtx.pngRather than actual CnC, just general ideas, suggestions, etc would be much appreciated. Think of it as a tee you'd like to buy, but first you want changes done to it, if you think it needs it.
