this can also be done in psp ;)
But instead of distance, its strength, and it only goes to 100% so set ti to either 100% or 99% ;) (Adjust > Blur > Motion Blur)

Im usually just doing nothing, or watching a movie.. and an idea will just come to mind.
Not because of what I am watching, though.
Or I go to places such as dA and try get inspired.

Personally, I think that's a great result/effect, therefore, yes, do a tutorial.
Even though it does just look liek smudging.

I thought it would be a good idea to post some links for stock sites. Also, I thought it would be nice to share some "Packs" for stocks.
It's hard to come by good stocks to make a sig/tag or any other design with, so, I figured this would be a good idea.
Hopefully, you guys will share links with us.
Please don't post deviantArt links.

If you know of a pack or site that has stocks, and is free to download/use, feel free to reply and either myself or another staff will edit this post.

Please don't give links to your forum, or to other forums. Give us "direct" links to sites/packs.

Give as much info for packs as possible.
And lastly, if you have a preview for a pack, please provide it, and no posting packs without permission.

Stock Sites:
- Abandoned
- Fashion Photography
- Skins.be
- Sxc.hu

C4Ds are great to use in signatures, and there is so much you can do with them.
They are jus some times hard to work with lol.

Im going to disagree with CS2 as being the best.
Since most know i use PSP, and i can make some great images, and PSP is just as good as CS2 and other PS programs.
Its all about how much you learn about the tools, and how much you are willing to learn.

Personally, if you have money to blow, i would go with PSP cos it is cheap and is just a good as PS, then if you get to a stage where you can seem to advance, which would be in a few years, move onto CS2, cos i do agree that it can be more powerful, cos the tools and such are better..

But, PSP is just as good as PS, depends what you know about each tool xD
