The new youtube layout, sucks. We should have an option to keep the old layout.

This is worse than the Facebook change.

Besides the feed changes, Facebook redesigns are usually exceptionally good in terms of UI theory and usability. Youtube gets worse with each, though.

I totally disagree. The Facebook from like 3 years ago (when I joined) is still the best. It just keeps getting worse.

If you disregard the nuisance of apps (which can be hidden easily en masse), it really has gotten better with each time. The inbox, especially. Not to mention a much more standard interface everywhere (every page except for photos and videos has a feed in the middle), the removal of the "is" from the statuses (having to verbs in a row really made my statuses awkward. lol), and a much more wide screen friendly display. Don't get me wrong, the interface from three years ago (also when I joined) was awesome. But it really has gotten better with each go, besides the stupid apps.

I still disagree. It's more cluttered and it seems with every innovation, there comes more problems. Instead of fixing the problems, they just move on to something new which inevitably causes different and sometimes more problems. Really, removing "is" from statuses is the ONLY thing I've ever liked.

I like both the new layouts It's just a pain that you can't see the video rating until you've rated.
