the sig looks great. the colors match well. the notes and symbols looks good. the person with the guitar looks weird, but its probably the strap. the one thing i don't like about this is the checkerboard pattern behind the eighth notes. all together i would give it:

you have improved the skin. the white gradient in the earlier version was too overwhelming. i would make the text on the menu buttons orange. also, you could have made a bigger difference between the on and off icons. the high amount of blue looks a bit dull. you should add some more white and/or orange to liven it up some more.
