Wow, that deadline kind of sucks. Awhile back, I really wanted to be an astrophysicist (no joke). But, it just wasn't in the cards for me. We've had since beginning of last month =/ But EVERYBODY I talk to has been like "... Eh, well, I sit here and crunch numbers all day, sooo I don't know what you'd get out of that." At this point I don't CARE what I'm sitting around doing all day, I just really need to get this done D;

But, yeah.  I think it's a pretty cool area of study. Honestly, I can't see myself doing anything else anymore. I've found my calling. And I think I got my foot in at MIT! And if not, my History teacher is taking me to Cambridge to let me meet a very famous russian physicist that's also a friend of his, so I can probably score a job shadow there if all else fails.
But I'm running out of time Dx My teacher wants it done by ... Middle of next month? No later, at all. I don't do this, I DON'T pass the class. [/size]

I think I might have scored at MIT, though ... Haystack told me they'd check it out and get back to me on whether or not they have an opening ... But if that doesn't go through, I have to get either Harvard or UNH to let me in D; Baw. And I don't have much time left to do this in.

Drinking is fine with me. Hell, I drink on occasion. Says the guy who, just last week, was trying to lay claim to the title of "First Person to Ever Get Drunk While Doing the Dishes" That right thur is epic. Like the time I went to McDonalds and told the "super secret" people that they were shiny and kept exclaiming that I was putting "NUTS on my parfait," which sounded like "male GENITALIA." D; It was St. Patrick's day. I have an excuse. I also don't drink much at all, so I don't hold it well v__v
-cough- But yeah. That's waaay off track. Hotshot, don't settle, whatever you do. I say go for it, but if it's getting to be more work than fun, cut her loose P: I've seen it work between smokers/non-smokers, but for the most part, one has to give up something. And nobody likes giving up something (Smoking when you want, or being exposed to second hand smoke). [/size]

School, for me, is always pointless. I don't learn when other people try to teach me something. I have to learn by myself, at home. I taught myself everything I know that you're supposed to learn in elementary and kindergarten, because I didn't show up to school (I probably missed about four years or so, total, just because I didn't show up and I moved so much as a kid). Because of this I simply don't learn when people try to teach me =/ I never learned that way as a kid.
/endramble. But yeah P: I think school, especially high school, is utterly pointless. Give me a chance to make the choices of what to take so I can gear it towards my career when I'm older, not pointless Health classes in which the teacher uses the phrase "Even more better for you!" when comparing the nutrional value of one food to another (not joking- that's an exact quote v_V). [/size]

It's been alright here ... P: It snowed last week, I think. Not "snow" exactly, but a mix of snow and icy rain. That was hell to walk in on an open campus. I live in NH, by the by.
I am THRILLED for summer. I'll be going to work at a stable again, hopefully, so lots of Horseback Riding. A ton of books I've been waiting for are coming out, I'm going to get a job and also start doing some web design, more time for designing things on CS4, read up on Physics ... Jesus, I can't wait [/size]
